ABSTRACT
Information system that runs on Piri SMA 2 Yogyakarta still manually so there is a continual problem in terms of effectiveness and efficiency of data management becomes a very important information in the process of school management. The main problem faced by the Administrative officer school is not optimal use of computers in the payment process, thus causing ketelambatan services to students, and not infrequently also occurs error reporting and recording.
The main purpose of the analysis of this system is to evaluate and determine the problems faced in terms of system administration tuition payment Piri SMA 2 Yogyakarta. Furthermore, an analysis can be performed using the method PIECES Analysis, Feasibility Analysis System. The new system design using structured techniques where the system is modeled using the data flow diagram, the database is modeled using the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Implementation of the SPP and Dues Payment application SMU Piri 2 programming language Visual Basic and Microsoft Access database.
The research has resulted in applications for Information System Application Fee Payment and high school tuition Piri 2 Yogyakarta. Application of the stretcher has been realized and can operate as a system requirement. In general, the new system has succeeded in optimizing the existing computer system in the process of payment of school fees so that it can manage the data well, to produce an effective and efficient information.
